Documents

You can upload PDF, TXT, JSON, CSV, or DOCX (Microsoft Word) documents to the AI Chatbot. The AI Chatbot will use content within the uploaded documents to generate responses to users.

Hint

For textual content, TXT documents work the best, followed by DOCX Word documents. DOCX has certain layouts and structures that don’t AI can’t understand as well as TXT documents. PDFs are one of the worst because the layouts can be highly irregular.

Use LlamaParse integration and toggle Show Sources on if PDFs are really important for your use case.

For images, best to display the images in a web page and set the Chatbot to crawl the URL in the Links area instead of uploading a DOCX Word document or PDF.
