Questions

When the chatbot was first launched, you can show predefined questions for the user to choose from. This helps the user if he’s stuck on what to ask. This also allows you to influence the user to ask questions that you know are commonly asked.

The Chatbot will randomly pick a few questions to show on launch if there are many questions. The user can also click on the Change button to rotate and see another random set of questions.

Upload prepared answers for these questions in the Documents section so the Chatbot answers in the ideal manner.
